The Macedonia United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF) is a loving and accepting group of middle and high school students. We seek to support each other, love each other, and grow together in faith. We build a strong relationship with Christ through service, worship and fellowship.
We participate and engage with other youth at the NC conference Pilgrimage in Fayetteville, North Carolina each November and will take part in a Winter Retreat at Laurel Ridge Camp in February. We have also participated in a number of mission projects such as the Appalachia Service Project.
Our current activities and projects include Sunday morning bible studies, Sunday afternoon youth fellowship, Stop Hunger Now, Christmas Cheer fruit bag deliveries, Trunk or Treat, Easter Egg Hunt, Vacation Bible School, and expanding our connection with the rest of our church family through fellowship activities.
We welcome all into our loving and diverse youth family! Join in on the fun, fellowship and the lasting friendships, Youth groups is for anyone in grades 6-12. For more information, contact Christina Hester at firstname.lastname@example.org.
